Clinics
To register your clinic, click on the “for business” button on our website. You’ll be asked to provide details such as your business name, contact information, and services offered.
Once your business is registered, log in to your business dashboard. Navigate to the “edit details- treatment” section to add or edit the services you offer. In the “Set available time slot” section, you can set your available appointment slots and adjust the working hours for each day.
To manage cancellations and rescheduling, go to the “available time slots” section in your dashboard. You can view upcoming appointments, reschedule or cancel them, and update your availability accordingly. We recommend communicating directly with clients to confirm any changes.
For technical support or account issues, contact our support team via the live chat feature on our website. Our support staff is available to assist you with any problems or questions you may have.
If you have double booked for a specific time (booked a patient on DentistSOS and appointed one through your own clinics system) its unlikely to be problematic as long as you can manage to squeeze the patient in for their emergency dental care.
