After logging in, navigate to the “Book Appointment” section. Select the service you need, choose a preferred date and time from the available slots, and provide any additional information required. Confirm your details and complete the booking by clicking “Confirm Appointment”
Currently, you can book one appointment at a time. If you need to schedule multiple appointments, you’ll need to complete the booking process for each one individually.
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Payment details are processed securely to ensure your information is protected.

Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy once the booking has been made.
Due to various reasons your dentist may be running a little late. As long as you are seen on the same day, we would request you to kindly overlook the issue and wait to be seen as soon as the clinician becomes available.
To delete your account, please send an email to hello@dentistsos.co.uk with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
In your email, include the following details:
Your full name
The name of your clinic or practice
The email address associated with your account
A brief confirmation that you’d like your account permanently deleted
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your information and complete the deletion process within 3–5 business days. Please note that this action is permanent and all associated data will be removed from our system.
