This Agreement, which may be amended from time to time, is a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “User”) and The GP Clinic Ltd (trading as “DentistSOS”, “we” or “us”). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES IN WHOLE OR IN PART, OR BY PAYING FOR SERVICES OFFERED BY DENTAL PROFESSIONALS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE, AND CONSENT TO OUR DATA PRACTICES AS DESCRIBED IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO USE THIS SERVICE.
DentistSOS is a service operated by The GP Clinic Ltd (Company No: 15350289) whose registered office is in England and Wales. By using our website (www.dentistsos.co.uk) or booking an appointment, you agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions.
"User" refers to any individual accessing or using the platform.
"Patient" or "Client" refers to a User who books a dental appointment.
"Provider" or "Dentist" means an independent dental professional registered with the GDC and listed on the platform.
"Platform" or "Website" means the DentistSOS online system operated by The GP Clinic Ltd.
DentistSOS is an intermediary platform connecting patients with independent dentists.
The GP Clinic Ltd does not provide dental care, clinical advice, or treatment.
All treatment is delivered independently by the dentist selected by the patient.
A £49 non-refundable booking fee is charged at the time of booking.
This fee covers:
Use of the platform
An initial assessment and X-ray if clinically indicated (to be provided by the dentist)
This fee does not cover any further treatment.
Additional treatments are arranged and paid directly between the patient and the dentist at the dentist's own rates.
The £49 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or late arrivals.
To reschedule, contact us via the online form at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider is a breach of these Terms and may result in your access to the platform being restricted.
Provide accurate personal and health information at the time of booking.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment.
Inform the dentist of any relevant medical history or medications.
Patients are responsible for arranging a translator if needed.
All clinical decisions, assessments, X-rays, and treatments are solely the responsibility of the dentist.
The GP Clinic Ltd and DentistSOS are not liable for any treatment outcome, refusal of treatment, pricing, or delays.
Any dispute about clinical care must be resolved between the patient and the provider.
Unlike some platforms, DentistSOS allows dentists to set their own prices for treatment.
DentistSOS does not influence or guarantee the cost or scope of treatment beyond the initial assessment and X-ray.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled without refund.
Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in suspension of your account.
We process and share your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our [Privacy Policy].
Your booking information will be shared securely with your selected provider for the purpose of clinical care.
Patients may be invited to submit feedback after appointments.
Inappropriate or defamatory content will be removed at our discretion.
We reserve the right to publish or moderate reviews.
DentistSOS and The GP Clinic Ltd are not responsible for:
Clinical outcomes
Disputes about pricing
Service quality
Losses related to treatment or missed appointments
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

DentistSOS is a service operated by The GP Clinic Ltd (Company No: 15350289) whose registered office is in England and Wales. By registering as a dental provider on our platform, you agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions.
"Provider" or "Dentist" means an independent dental professional registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and listed on the DentistSOS platform.
"Patient" or "Client" means a user who books a dental appointment through the DentistSOS platform.
"Platform" or "Website" means the DentistSOS online system operated by The GP Clinic Ltd.
DentistSOS is an online platform that connects patients with independent dental providers for urgent or short-notice appointments. Patients pay a £49 non-refundable booking fee to DentistSOS to secure an appointment with a listed provider.
As a provider, you agree to accept these appointments and deliver an initial clinical assessment and an X-ray if clinically appropriate.
Patients book appointments directly through the platform and pay the booking fee to DentistSOS.
You agree to provide:
An initial dental assessment.
An X-ray if clinically indicated.
Any further treatment (including scaling, fillings, extractions, etc.) is outside the scope of the £49 fee and is to be discussed and billed directly between you and the patient.
You are responsible for ensuring that the patient’s experience is professional, safe, and in line with GDC standards.
DentistSOS does not charge providers a fee to be listed on the platform.
No commission or deduction will be made from any further private treatments or work you perform beyond the initial booked appointment.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date availability on the platform.
If you need to cancel a scheduled booking, you must notify DentistSOS at least 24 hours in advance to allow for rebooking.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from the platform.
You confirm that you are a qualified dentist registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and hold appropriate indemnity cover.
DentistSOS verifies your credentials upon onboarding; however, the legal responsibility for compliance with professional standards and regulations rests solely with you.
You agree to keep all information regarding your qualifications, registration, and practice location accurate and up to date.
All clinical decisions, including whether an X-ray is appropriate, are at your sole discretion.
DentistSOS is not involved in clinical care and disclaims all responsibility for clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, or patient interactions.
You agree to maintain patient records in accordance with GDC and Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines.
Patient data provided through DentistSOS is shared with you solely for the purpose of delivering care.
You agree to handle all patient data securely and in compliance with UK GDPR.
You must not retain, use, or share patient data for marketing or any purposes unrelated to clinical care without explicit patient consent.
Patients may be invited to submit feedback or reviews after appointments.
DentistSOS reserves the right to publish or remove reviews at its discretion but will not substantively edit reviews.
You may respond to feedback professionally through official channels if necessary.
You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent it to take DentistSOS-referred patients off-platform without a formal agreement.
Any misuse of patient data or breach of conduct may lead to immediate termination of your listing.
DentistSOS is not liable for any clinical outcomes, financial disputes, or patient dissatisfaction.
You accept full responsibility for the care you provide and any resulting outcomes.
DentistSOS may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of the most recent version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
